Production system

Our mixing system utilizes standardized vacuum emulsification mixing equipment that can accommodate a wide range of production volumes. This enables stable manufacturing processes and efficient quality control throughout production.

As an OEM manufacturer, we are capable of handling a variety of container and packaging formats. Our production structure is designed to flexibly respond to the diverse needs and requirements of our customers.

Production control system

Based on customer orders, we establish a production schedule and arrange the procurement of the required raw materials and packaging components in appropriate quantities. All materials and products are managed through a barcode-based system, enabling accurate control of lot numbers and inventory quantities. In accordance with the production schedule, instructions are issued to the Mixing Group regarding the type of raw materials, lot numbers, and required quantities. At the same time, the relevant data is transmitted to the weighing system, ensuring accurate preparation of ingredients for the subsequent manufacturing process.

With barcode management, the weighing tolerance is set to zero grams. If the weight, ingredient name, or lot number does not strictly match the specified instructions, the system will not allow the process to proceed to the next step—enabling rigorous quality control at every stage.

Our vacuum emulsification cauldrons are available in 250L, 500L, 1,000L and 2,000L capacities for hair coloring products, allowing us to accommodate diverse production needs while maintaining consistent quality and stability across all batch sizes.

Filling & Packaging

We fill products for customers, with love included We fill containers with bulk product. We use filling equipment matched to container form, selecting the optimal equipment matched to bulk product state and to customers' specifications for production lot, etc.

Hair coloring product filling line

We operate professional hair coloring production lines designed to provide flexible and versatile manufacturing capabilities. With line speeds ranging from medium to high, we efficiently respond to diverse customer requirements across different markets.

Packaging

Our packaging system is designed and controlled in full compliance with production standards at every stage. Each packaging process is systematically and rigorously managed to enhance product safety, ensure neat and precise presentation, and reinforce confidence in our professional OEM standards.

Quality Control

After thorough inspection, products and bulk products are carefully stored. The Quality Control (QC) department conducts sampling during every bulk product mixing process. Bulk products that have passed all quality criteria, including physical property testing and microbiological inspection, are systematically managed and stored in the warehouse. These are linked to the production control system, enabling accurate management and traceability of important information such as product names, quantities, and lot numbers. In addition, during the production process, we conduct sampling inspections of all products to confirm appearance, specifications, and lot numbers. The products are then managed and stored through the production control system until the final shipping stage.
